By accessing or using MVPA Shopping you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

About MVPA Shopping

MVPA Shopping is a multi-vendor marketplace operated by MVPA that connects local vendors with customers across India. Products are listed and fulfilled by registered vendors — we act as the marketplace facilitator.

User Accounts

You must register for an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Vendor Accounts

Vendors must apply and be approved before listing products. By listing a product, vendors confirm they have the right to sell it and that it complies with all applicable laws.

Orders and Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.). By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping charges. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Intellectual Property

All content on MVPA Shopping including logos, text and images is the property of MVPA or its vendors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

MVPA Shopping acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of listed products. Disputes between buyers and vendors will be mediated by us in good faith.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
